About Baking - Joyce (2003 intake - Level 3)


  My relationship with baking is in my child period, I like to eat bread very much and my family always called me “Bread sister”. At that time my dream was I wanted to be a baker to make the most delicious breads or cakes. When I was sixteen years old, I go to a baking school and after more than one year, I got the technician certificate.

At the first time I arrived baking school, I knew it has a big difficult for me to challenge because before that I have never do baking. I learn about how to make bread, dessert, coffee and cookies. Every time we have exam I feel worried but the result always make me surprised.





Beginning to learn baking, I make cookies and bread is not beautiful so after study when I was free I go to classroom practice again. Every weekend I bought some material make some snacks to my family and I try to sale hand-making cookies on the internet. Baking with family can help everyone improve their relationship and happiness, someone birthday you no need buy cake outside too.




I learn to make dessert and coffee. I think dessert and coffee like our life sometimes sweet and sometimes bitter. When I am unhappy, I always baking some cakes to eat then will make me feel sweet. 

In my opinion, baking is a great skill to people. When you are free, you can make dessert and call a friend communicate with you. I think no one can resist charm of baking although baking has many difficult to challenge.
